Spa Association Nepal (SAN) was founded in 2021 by business owners and professionals working in the Spa & Wellness industry to promote and protect good business practices, communication, networking and collaboration amongst members and with other organizations to upgrade industry standards, education and training as well as enhance management and operational capabilities.
To be the true and active voice of the Spa and Wellness Industry by ensuring that standards and professionalism are upheld at all times.
To be the bridging mechanism to promote, protect, educate, and develop the spa & wellness industry in Nepal through training and education, sharing information, setting and maintaining industry standards, providing invaluable networking opportunities, and creating a platform for members to channel their voice.
To educate the public about the value and health benefits derived from spa and wellness treatments.

To advocate for the industry and to channel information to the public.
To promote awareness of the spa and wellness industry nationally, regionally, and globally.
To liaise with other government agencies and promote integrated growth.
To establish and maintain professional standards for training, administration, service, safety, and product suppliers.
To improve the knowledge, technical skills and professionalism of all spa and wellness industry professionals such as spa owners, managers and directors and therapists.
To be the voice of the spa and wellness industry in Nepal by providing an active forum for networking and exchange of ideas and information sharing between spa and wellness industry professionals, suppliers, hoteliers and organizations.
